Who writes our guides?
Our guides come from the same team that plans campaigns, films short-form video, runs Google and Meta ads, builds websites and sets up automation for clients in Halifax, Toronto, Montreal and the Gulf. Topics are chosen from the questions clients and prospects ask us, and from what we see working, or not working, in live accounts.
You can see the work behind the advice in our client results and industry pages.
How do we check what we publish?
- Human review on every article. AI tools may help with research or a first outline, but a team member edits and fact-checks every piece before it goes live.
- Client numbers come from documented case studies. We only quote results that appear in a published case study, and we link to it. We do not invent case studies, testimonials, statistics or credentials.
- External claims are sourced. Where a guide relies on a study or a platform's documentation, we link to it, and we say when a figure comes from a vendor rather than an independent source.
- Other businesses are described from their own sites. When a guide names other agencies, we describe them using what they publish about themselves, list them without ranking, and disclose that we are one of the options.
- Visible dates. Guides show when they were published and when they were last updated.
How do you report a mistake?
If something in a guide is wrong or out of date, email hello@socialsignalsmarketing.com with the page and the correction. We review every report and update the page, including the updated date, when a change is needed.
Where else can you find us?
We post client work and behind-the-scenes content on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn. Client reviews are on Clutch.
